Here’s to the First Post!

Hello everybody! We are thrilled to announce that the RIT/NTID Dyer Arts Center now has its own blog!

The Dyer Arts Center is a gallery space located at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Hall building at the Rochester Institute of Technology campus in Rochester, New York. The center exhibits and represents the works of deaf and hard of hearing artists from around the world. We are one of the two institutions that collect artworks by deaf and hard of hearing artists.  We are unique in that we actively exhibit our permanent collection.

This blog will keep you updated on the latest news about exhibitions, receptions, and special events at the Dyer Arts Center. You’ll also have the opportunity to see what happens behind the scenes when we are setting up an exhibit, or when we work on the permanent collection.  You’ll get to meet our staff as well!
